EVP, Chief Executive Officer

Michelle Minier is the EVP, Chief Executive Officer with Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation. With more than twenty years of mortgage banking and finance experience, she was appointed as CEO in 2006, overseeing all aspects of the company.

Prior to joining Financial Freedom, Ms. Minier joined IndyMac in March 1995 as Assistant Controller and has since held positions as the President of Warehouse Lending and, later, Executive Vice President and President of Business-to-Business (B2B) Lending. B2B Lending, IndyMac's largest business line sustained year-over-year market share and volume growth while being led by Ms. Minier. Her success in establishing operating standards and structure in B2B led her in 2004 to become head of the Centralized Mortgage Operations Unit responsible for the oversight, standards, processes and systems relating to all aspects of mortgage lending operations across all business channels.

Prior to joining IndyMac, Ms. Minier served as Controller at Cypress Financial Corporation and was the Assistant Treasurer at Shearson Lehman Mortgage Corporation where her responsibilities included managing the $900 million commercial paper program, and overseeing the warehouse lending operations with $500 million in average outstanding, cash management, asset management and budgeting.

Ms. Minier attended University of California, Santa Barbara and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
